Dr Ruby Toh is Principal Researcher and Senior Lecturer at the Institute for Adult Learning, Singapore University of Social Sciences. She leads research studies in career and employment. Her current research interests are in employability, career resilience, labour mobility, workplace mistreatment and well-being. She has a Ph.D. (Economics) from National University of Singapore.
